I am going to stick to football for most of today’s post, however we do have time to congratulate Juan Dixon for joining the basketball staff.
Also congratulations to AJ Francis who moves off of the Patriots practice squad onto the Dolphins active roster.
Football has one more chance this season to pick up a win as the Terps travel to 0-7 in the ACC NC State. At present, the NC State basketball time is really bad and the football team has been a disaster. Way to go Debbie Yow.
For the Terps, there are quite few bowl scenarios. The most prominent is the Military Bowl on Friday Dec 28th at Navy Marine Corp Stadium in Annapolis. The venue holds about 39,000 which is a standard Terp home crowd this season.
There will not be a decision until Dec 8th on the bowl game, that has become the NCAA standard bowl announcement day.
