Top Stories of the Terps in 2012

Since we all lived through the Mayan Apocalypse, we can now get to the end of our calendar year.  And with the end of 2012, we can look back at an eventful year for the Terps.

Here is my list of the top stories for year that has gone by:

1. Terps Move to the B1G
2. Maryland has to cut 7 sports because of lack of funds
3. Stefon  Diggs commits to Maryland
4. A few Final Four’s
5. Terps football can not keep a qb on the field
6. Mark Turgeon brings in the goods, Shaq, Layman, Mitchell and Allen
7. A new turf field
8. The Harrison Twins say “no”
