Gary Williams got his contract extended through 2013. I think that is good news for the basketball program. GWill is a hall of fame coach. In my opinion, we will get back to the Final Four again with Williams as the head coach.
On the football front, the Clemson game next week is at 12p. No new injuries for the week. Look for more playing time out of the freshman four on the defensive line. At this point, Bruce Campbell and Jamari McCollough are still out of the lineup.
Rutgers is beatable. They have had some really bad play this season as well. At last I looked, they had benched the starting qb and are playing a freshman.
The little folks, Jordan and Mason, think it is a big deal because we recruit against Rutgers. Those that have followed the team for a long time know that there is a lot of competition for New Jersey talent. Maryland is one of the top recruiters in New Jersey.
