As Maryland gets ready to host Bowling Green on Saturday we have some news of our own.

And now for the big news – I will be on NBC in Hagerstown on the Saturday sports wrap up show at 7:30 pm as the college sports guy and the Maryland Terps Insider.

Many of you know that I grew up in Hagerstown and attended North High. So for my first regular TV gig, it is ironic that it just happened to be in Htown.

TerpTalk’s Viener to appear on NBC affiliate WHAG’s Sports Connection
TerpTalk’s Wayne Viener will make his debut on NBC affiliate WHAG Channel 25 beginning Saturday, September 12 as a guest on Sports Connection airing at 7:30pm. Wayne will be the College Sports and Maryland Terrapin Insider for the program.
“I am excited to be on NBC in Hagerstown, it is a homecoming for me”, said Mr. Viener. Wayne, who grew up in Hagerstown and graduated from University of Maryland, can be heard on 1300 CBS Sports Radio in Baltimore and on several Red Turtle Production shows including TerpTalk, The Sports Maven and In the Nest. Wayne is currently the host of TerpTalk GameDay streamed Saturdays on YouTube and on www.terptalk.com.
