Redskins superstar left tackle Trent Williams is expected to miss about a month now due to a thumb injury as first reported as ESPN’s Dan Graziano. This is crushing loss for the ‘skins as Williams has regularly been named among the best offensive lineman in the league. Just this last offseason the 30 year old tackle was named a top three o-lineman by SI, 24/7 sports, and future hall of famer Von Miller.
This injury does not come at a great time as the skins have some tough pass rushers coming up as including Vic Beasley, JJ Watt, Jadeveon Clowney, and Demarcus Lawrence. However, most Redskins fans, along with the coaching staff, have faith in backup swing tackle Ty Nsekhe, hopefully he proves them all right.
